Casinos DownloadseCOGRA Announces Online Casino Disputes for First Quarter of 2006The eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance (eCOGRA) , based in their London offices, has announced that their Fair Gaming Advocate had received numerous complaints on the first half of the year. Tex Reese said that two hundred sixty five complaints were addressed to eCOGRA online site. Eighty three or thirty one percent of online casinos and poker rooms that were not eCOGRA accredited and were outside the First Gaming authority. Another thirty five non specific tirades or fourteen percent had been submitted but no follow up can be made. The rest of the one hundred forty seven complains had been solved and thirty one percent of which had been solved in favor of the players. First Gaming Advocate is receiving ten disputes every week. A slight increase is noted this year in comparison to last year in the same period. According to Reese, the eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance has one hundred six accredited sites Reese said that most of the online casino and poker rooms that had been complained about are dealing with the maximum level of player transaction on every casino games. Thirty one percent of cases that were solved in favor of the players and represent minor faults of operation activities. |
